All work is performed by trained professionals. Service times may vary based on the complexity of the project.

3. Payments

We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, and Zelle. Payment in full is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits may be required for certain projects or special orders.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Deposits for custom orders or special parts are non-refundable.

Refunds for services are provided only in cases where LUX Tint & Audio is unable to complete the agreed work.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure your vehicle is in a safe, operable condition for service.

Remove all personal belongings before service begins. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

We stand by the quality of our work. Warranty details for specific services or products will be provided at the time of purchase.

LUX Tint & Audio is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing vehicle issues, customer-supplied parts, or misuse after service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LUX Tint & Audio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, images, and service descriptions, is the property of LUX Tint & Audio and may not be used without our written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
